Description：

Thermoplastic film of blister Packing Machine is wrapped around a package or group of packages as it moves between two rolls of web that makes the ends weld together. The pack is then passed through a heated tunnel to shrink the film around the product to produce tightly bundled pack.

Our youngsun shrink tunnels of shrink wrapping machine produce consistent uniform film shrink using heavy-duty, variable speed blowers and heating elements to create a recirculating air system that forces air to all package surfaces.

Independent control systems regulate temperature, air velocity and conveyor speeds. The efficient heating system on each machine reduces the amount of electricity needed to run the machine, consequently reducing operating costs.

The sleeve shrink wrap machine is widely used for round products, such as packaging a group of boxes containing foodstuffs or sundry goods, or a group of PET round bottles, cans or paper containers for beverage.
